Two Urgent Reminders for Teams

So much to do. So little time. I know this is a busy time of year with your season underway and Christmas approaching. Thanks for your attention to the necessary registration paperwork.  If you are wondering whether your team is ready to attend the 8th Annual AOC Holiday Classic then ask yourself these two questions:

1) Have you submitted your team roster info on the official sheet AND e-mailed it back?

2) Have you submitted the season record info on the official sheet AND e-mailed it back?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your info is received.

Here are important deadlines for your team to submit additional information.

TOURNAMENT PROGRAM INFORMATION Including Official Team Roster (including player grade, height, position, and jersey number) and Coaches  Due Dec 4th

SEEDING INFORMATION: Including List of Games Played/Scores/Opponents Due Dec 14th

Forget where to send your payment or form?

Step 1: Fill out the team registration form.

Step 2: E-mail the completed Team Registration Form to: brice_kauffman@hotmail.com

Step 3: Write a check/money order payable to Arthur Okaw Christian School

             Bringing 1 team   = $150 per team
             Bringing 2 teams = $125 per team

Registration deadline is November 7th!

Tomorrow is the day. The day after Election Day in the United States. True.

It's also the day that all registration forms and fees are due for your team!

COACHES AND AD's: To prevent a $75 penalty, please contact us if extenuating circumstances prevent you from mailing payment on Wednesday. We will be happy to work out alternative arrangements if and only if you contact us on Wednesday.

If you are associated with a school that is making plans to attend the 8th Annual AOC Holiday Classic for Girl's and Boy's Varsity basketball and your school did not receive an e-mail today with registration info, please contact us. 

The registration process begins today. 

8th Annual AOC Holiday Classic is FULL!

The tournament field for the 8th Annual AOC Holiday Classic is now full.

All participating teams should have received an e-mail sent Friday, October 12th.
If you are a coach, assistant coach, or athletic director and want to be included on that e-mail list, please let us know and will add you the list.

Also, if you would like information about the tournament to help publicize it in your local newspaper, let us know!  We have a team traveling almost 6 hours to compete this year...and want those who can't attend to be able to root for your team and follow their progress. That's why we have created a Facebook page in addition this site.  Check out the appropriate page above and "like" us on Facebook.

 The AOC Holiday Classic will be held in Arthur, IL. The venue is the same one we have used for the past 8 years -- the Arthur Junior/Senior High School located right along Highway 133. Teams typically choose to stay overnight in Arthur, Arcola, or Tuscola.
