Important Reminder for Athletic Directors/Coaches

Here are important deadlines for your team to submit additional information.

TOURNAMENT PROGRAM INFORMATION Including Official Team Roster (including player grade, height, position, and jersey number) and Coaches  Due Dec 4th

SEEDING INFORMATION: Including List of Games Played/Scores/Opponents Due Dec 14th

Forget where to send your payment or form?

Step 1: Fill out the team registration form.

Step 2: E-mail the completed Team Registration Form to: brice_kauffman@hotmail.com

Step 3: Write a check/money order payable to Arthur Okaw Christian School

             Bringing 1 team   = $150 per team
             Bringing 2 teams = $125 per team

Step 4: Send payment to:

Registration deadline is November 7th!

Tomorrow is the day. The day after Election Day in the United States. True.

It's also the day that all registration forms and fees are due for your team!

COACHES AND AD's: To prevent a $75 penalty, please contact us if extenuating circumstances prevent you from mailing payment on Wednesday. We will be happy to work out alternative arrangements if and only if you contact us on Wednesday.
